O The Law Project visa contribuir para os valores comuns, o compromisso c\u00edvico e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos cidad\u00e3os ao promover a literacia jur\u00eddica b\u00e1sica <\/strong>como uma das compet\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias para que um indiv\u00edduo seja ativo na sua comunidade democr\u00e1tica <\/strong>a qualquer n\u00edvel.<\/p>\n

O projeto ambiciona a literacia jur\u00eddica b\u00e1sica e sua promo\u00e7\u00e3o na educa\u00e7\u00e3o e em outros ambientes educacionais, como um pr\u00e9-requisito para um sistema democr\u00e1tico de qualidade na UE e nos seus estados-membros<\/strong>. Somente os cidad\u00e3os que conhecem e compreendem os conceitos, princ\u00edpios e termos jur\u00eddicos b\u00e1sicos poder\u00e3o promover plenamente a democracia, apoiar o estado de direito e proteger os direitos fundamentais.<\/p>\n

O projeto \u00e9 complementar a v\u00e1rios Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel, especificamente ao ODS 4 (Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Qualidade) e ODS 16 (Paz, Justi\u00e7a e Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Eficazes). Numa \u00f3tima ampleada, o projeto contribui para o ODS 5 (Igualdade de G\u00e9nero) e ODS 10 (Reduzir as Desigualdades). Ao capacitar escolas e professores sobre literacia jur\u00eddica b\u00e1sica, estamos a contribuir para a qualidade da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e para a paz, justi\u00e7a e institui\u00e7\u00f5es mais eficazes em sociedades democr\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s selecionar escolas interessadas a participantar no projeto, o cons\u00f3rcio receber\u00e1 feedback dos professores participantes no Programa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Professores. Atrav\u00e9s de projetos escolares criados por alunos e professores, um conjunto de ferramentas digitais, livros did\u00e1ticos e a testagem de MOOCs (sigla em Ingl\u00eas de “Curso Online Aberto e Massivo”), o projeto reestabelecer\u00e1 o planeamento para a literacia jur\u00eddica numa nota pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n
