Atrav\u00e9s dos resultados do projeto, materiais de ensino e aprendizagem, ferramentas e, acima de tudo, com o tema abrangente da literacia jur\u00eddica, o The Law Project promove a cidadania ativa e o sentido de iniciativa dos alunos<\/strong>. Ser um cidad\u00e3o ativo numa sociedade democr\u00e1tica implica termos compet\u00eancias c\u00edvicas, mas tamb\u00e9m significa que um jovem tem de ter um certo conjunto de compet\u00eancias no dom\u00ednio do direito.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O projeto permitir\u00e1 criar materiais e implementar forma\u00e7\u00e3o para professores e alunos em literacia jur\u00eddica b\u00e1sica, especialmente concebidos de acordo com as necessidades dos jovens de 14 e 18 anos que, tanto quanto sabemos, ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo oferecido dentro da Uni\u00e3o Europeia. Tornam-se, assim, essenciais para a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a import\u00e2ncia da literacia jur\u00eddica e do desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias que todos os cidad\u00e3os Europeus dever\u00e3o possuir.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s selecionar escolas interessadas a participantar no projeto, o cons\u00f3rcio receber\u00e1 feedback dos professores participantes no Programa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Professores. Atrav\u00e9s de projetos escolares criados por alunos e professores, um conjunto de ferramentas digitais, livros did\u00e1ticos e a testagem de MOOCs (sigla em Ingl\u00eas de “Curso Online Aberto e Massivo”), o projeto reestabelecer\u00e1 o planeamento para a literacia jur\u00eddica numa nota pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n
